LISA WMS for SAP BUSINESS ONE – Release Highlights 25.2

We are excited to announce the latest updates in LISA WMS Version 25.2! This release introduces powerful new features and enhancements designed to further optimize your warehouse operations, enhance efficiency, and provide greater control over your inventory and order fulfillment processes. Discover how these improvements can directly benefit your business.

Enhanced Control with Batch Reservation for Sales Orders

Managing specific inventory batches for your sales orders has never been more precise. With Release 25.2, LISA WMS now fully integrates with batch reservations made directly in SAP Business One.

Benefits of the Batch Reservation

  • Guaranteed Allocation: When you reserve specific batches for a sales order in SAP Business One, LISA WMS treats these as mandatory picks, ensuring they are locked to that order and excluded from other allocations. This guarantees that critical orders receive the exact stock they need.
  • Optimized Fulfillment: Any remaining quantity not covered by a specific reservation will be intelligently filled using LISA’s standard batch-selection rules, such as FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out), ensuring efficient stock rotation.

Streamlined Sales Order Management with New List & Detail Pages

We’ve completely revamped the sales order status experience in LISA Web to give you unparalleled visibility and control over your order fulfillment process.

Benefits of the New List & Detail Pages

  • Quick Overviews: The old sales order status page is replaced by a dynamic, filterable list view, providing an instant snapshot of every sales order and its current status. Easily see what’s open, released, picked, or partially released.
  • In-Depth Tracking: From this comprehensive list, you can seamlessly navigate to the sales order detail page. Here, you can track line-item fulfillment progress and view all associated license plates, giving you granular insight into each order’s journey.

Automated Efficiency with Automatic Transfer Request Receiving

Simplify inter-warehouse transfers and improve inventory accuracy with our new automatic transfer request receiving functionality.

Benefits of the Automatic Transfer Request Receiving

  • Instant Updates: When the “Transfer Request Automatically Received” parameter is enabled for a destination warehouse, any transfer request shipped from LISA is automatically received at the moment of shipment. This means less manual effort and immediate inventory updates.
  • Seamless Retail Integration: For businesses shipping from a LISA-powered distribution center to a retail outlet that doesn’t run LISA, this feature is a game-changer. The transfer request is auto-received in the store’s production bin as soon as it’s shipped, allowing their point-of-sale system to decrement inventory accurately with each sale.

Other Key Improvements of LISA 25.1

LISA WMS 25.2 also includes several other valuable improvements to enhance usability and efficiency:

  • Comprehensive Warehouse Restrictions: Warehouse restrictions are now fully applied to LISA Web, providing consistent access control across platforms.
  • Improved Locations Grid: A new fixed-product column has been added to the locations grid in LISA Web, offering clearer visibility of assigned products.
  • Enhanced Label Printing:
    • Product label printing is now available directly within the production receipt module.
    • You can also print product labels for batch and serial items directly from the unload container module.

These enhancements in LISA WMS 25.2 are designed to provide you with more control, better visibility, and increased efficiency across your warehouse operations. We are committed to continuously evolving LISA WMS to meet the dynamic needs of your business.
